Onsite SEO:

Google likes an organised page and the best way to “organise” any web page is to use the tools that come with the HTML standard.

This means simply using the H1 tag for the key phrase you are optimizing for and use the h2 to h4 tags to emphasize the semantic keywords that go along with the main key phrase.

To give an example the main key phrase might be:

SEO Advice

Notice that this is in H1 and is followed now by natural text about whatever I am writing about (in this case it is search engine optimization):

Search Engine Optimization

Now you will note that to help support my main key phrase I am now adding a semantic (on topic) sub head in a h2 tag which helps in Google ranking the page well because it is natural and fits with what the subject of this post is.

I might then go on to talk about the next supporting phrase for our SEO posting:

On Page Optimization

which I have put as an H3 tag to give it emphasis.

There is a difference between on page and off page optimization to help your page appear higher in the SERPS (search engine results pages).

Notice that the whole of this reads naturally to the human eye, is informative, unique and very much about the subject… In short this is very good Google food and would rank well if supported by a much more important topic that of:

NM asked:

Hi! We are loaning a significant amount of money to a relative and wanted to know if there is any way to make a claim on their property without transferring title, or if we do transfer title, do we have to pay taxes? They currently have a tenant (not themselves) in the property they own. How do we go about getting claims to the property with them continuing to receive rent and be responsible for the upkeep of the property? We have already made a promissory note… should we add it as collateral without transferring the property?

What is a practical use for the identity property of addition and multiplication?

Will asked:

The identity property entails: 0 + A = A
The identity property of multiplication entails: 0 * A = 0

Adding 0 to a term results in the same term. Multiplying zero by a term results in 0.

Are there any practical applications to this property? In other words, in what instance would you use this property? I realize that you would use it simply when you add or multiply by zero. But, are there any other algebraic applications?

Thanks.

One of my friends owns a property in the city of Garden Grove, CA. This property has an unpermitted room addition, which the city has ordered him to demolish. He currently does not have enough money to remove the addition. Can he stall the process somehow or what are his options? How long does he have to remove the addition?

The property was purchased in its current condition. The city has ordered him to demolish the rooms and turn it into a carport because the property has no garage. The part of the home that used to be the garage was built into extra rooms by the previous owner who somehow obtained permits for that.

The self-deprecating author shares his mistakes and his successes, along with his advice to invest with as little of your own cash as possible so profits can be maximized.” (Bruss, Robert J.
